- Flexible Operation: For operations with lower production volumes or where product stability is a concern, a semi-automatic sleeve sealer paired with a shrink tunnel is recommended. This setup is especially beneficial for trayless or unstable products, offering greater flexibility.
- Independent Design: Unlike monoblock systems where the sealer and shrink tunnel are combined, our sleeve wrapper and shrink tunnel operate independently. This ensures each pack receives consistent heat exposure, resulting in uniform shrink wrapping quality and easier equipment mobility.
- Automated and Standalone Use: The units are designed for fully automatic PE and PVC film wrapping and shrink packaging of grouped, boxed, or canned products. They can function independently or be integrated into fully automated production flows.
